Donor hereby authorizes RingAid, on behalf of Donor, to sell the Jewelry to Purchaser at a price equal to the Jewelry’s appraised value, as agreed between RingAid and Purchaser, and authorizes RingAid, on behalf of Donor, to donate all such sale proceeds to Donee.
